Terminal operates 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, DFDS port office is open from Monday to Thursday 10.00 - 19.00, on Fridays 10.00 - 17.45.
All check-in times, waybill instructions and delivery and pick-up times are dependant of customs procedures and subject to prior approval from the booking department.
Envelopes should be properly addressed and clearly marked with: Unit Number, Vessel, Port of destination, and Consignee. Responsibility cannot be accepted for mislaid or lost documents carried on behalf of the client.
