Ship's mail should be turned in to / picked up at Transocean Shipping Agency A/S, Osthavnsvej 11, DK-8100 Aarhus (Tel: +45 8730 1260 / Fax +45 8613 9791).
Deadline for Ship's mail is 2 hours prior to sailing.
Envelopes carried by ship’s mail should be properly addressed and clearly marked with unit number, booking number, vessel, port of destination and consignee.

Cancellation of booked and confirmed units must be sent to Transocean Shipping Agency department, Fax +45 8613 9791, not later than 16.30 hrs on the day of departure.
